I’ve been a CNA for 15 years… During the pandemic, I am up and front with this deadly virus. It has impacted my life because I’m caring for someone’s loved one… Them not being able to be around their family, we become their family. Tips I give to my fellow CNAs: make sure you get plenty of rest! Take it day by day, and make time for yourselves.. because battling this COVID-19 and everything we do, we forget to take care of ourselves.
