Excellent Hourly Pay Rates
Our employees receive some of the best pay rates in the industry. The majority of our assignments offer shift differentials for evening and night shifts. The pay rates we quote are for regular pay and most of our employees earn more due to shift differentials, overtime and other bonuses. Pay rates vary for each assignment based on role, responsibility, experience, education and geography. While on assignment you will be paid directly by Medical Staffing Solutions payroll department.
Completion Bonuses
Many of our hospital clients also offer a completion bonus for a 13-week assignment. Ask your recruiter for further details.
Referral Bonuses
Refer a colleague or friend to Medical Staffing Solutions. When that referral completes 468 billable hours of service to the client (approximately 13 weeks), you will be eligible to receive a $500 cash bonus. Read more about our Refer-A-Friend Program.
Retirement Planning
Planning for your retirement is easy with Medical Staffing Solutions. You are eligible to enroll in our 401k after one year of service, and can contribute a percentage of your salary or flat amount tax free. Medical Staffing Solutions will contribute an amount of up to 4% percent of your gross wages. Our 401k plan offers a variety of well-known stock, bond and money market funds.

We have two great health insurance options for you to choose from, including day-one coverage. Whether you need immediate health coverage, want an affordable option for your family, prefer to stay with your physician or want out-of-network coverage, you can select the plan that best suits your needs. We pay 65 percent of single coverage premium expenses for medical insurance for our healthcare professionals. Our group medical plans minimize out-of-pocket costs and meet a wide range of healthcare needs.
Dental Insurance
We offer an affordable dental insurance plan that covers 90% in network and 80% of out-of-network providers.
Discount Vision Program
To help you and your family save on eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, contact lenses and other eye care products, Medical Staffing Solutions offers a vision eye care benefit at no cost to you, through our partnership with Anthem, a national discount vision provider. Access is contingent upon your medical enrollment.
Free Basic Life Insurance
Our employees are provided with $25,000 of life and $10,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at no cost.

Housing and Travel
Free, private quality housing or a housing subsidy. When you join the Medical Staffing Solutions team as a traveler, you'll stay in clean, free, private quality housing that is close to your assignment. Free housing is provided on any company-paid position across the United States. We ensure your accommodations are fully furnished and include a variety of useful amenities. Tax-free Travel Reimbursement
