Reporting Workplace Safety Issues
Employees are expected to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities. If a safety concern or any other issue arises at any client facility at which you are placed, you may contact the Joint Commission’s office of quality management at 1-800-994-6610 to report the issue without retribution.
